Moniz and Latimer Constables, Inc. is a Partnership owned Corporation serving the Greater Massachusetts and Rhode Island. It was founded in 2005 by Richard A. Moniz and Joseph C. Latimer who both bring many years of experience to the company.

With over 45 years of experience together Moniz & Latimer Constables, Inc. is a growing firm that combines a professional and personal touch, with the hard work ethic you would expect from your Constable Office.

All of our officers have extensive military, firearm, and law enforcement training, making Moniz & Latimer Constables, Inc. an easy choice as your constable office to meet of all of your objectives in any situation that may arise.

Over the past two decades my office has used the services of numerous constables and sheriff's departments throughout the Commonwealth for the service of civil process.
